As part of the ICT services we provide our customers we have a dedicated
business software division. This division concentrates on the provision and
support of business software applications.
This division provides two primary functions:
- Install, train and support "off the shelf" software packages
- Develop, install, train and support software products developed by us
The business applications we sell and support fall into the following categories:
- Financial Management Systems
- Payroll and HR Systems
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Systems
- Customised Report Writing
Our core product in this field is MYOB EXO (formerly Exonet). MYOB EXO is an
accounting package designed for medium to large businesses. It has a full range
of features and add-on modules for different industries, and is customisable in
its own right. EXO is a SQL based (database engine) system and as such has great
flexibility. We have been deploying this product since 2000, and have certified
consultants located throughout our offices in Invercargill, Queenstown and
Christchurch and are recipients of the MYOB South Island Sales Partner and
Innovative Partner Awards for 2009.
MYOB EXO has several add-on modules, the common ones being:
- Job Costing
- Fixed Assets
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Inter-Company GL Reporting

We deploy MYOB Enterprise Payroll (integrates to MYOB EXO), IMS Payroll and HR Management systems. Within this range of products we have solutions for Payroll calculation and compliance, HR Record keeping, Rostering and Timesheet solutions.
Increasingly our customers are looking to gain efficiencies from importing and exporting data, and sharing this between systems. We provide solutions to automate the flow of data between disparate systems, thereby reducing the data entry time, and increasing the data accuracy. We have a range of techniques and products to facilitate this.
We provide electronic report writing for customers who require these services. We produce these reports using a range of reporting tools. We commonly use Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting services, and HTML reporting tools for Intranets.
