As an essential part of how we look after our clients, Managed Services allows us to proactively monitor your systems remotely – changing the way we manage IT setup to a proactive managed model.

What are Managed Services?

They are the services which allow our team to consistently monitor computer environments in your company. Having this system in place, enables us to remediate problems faster which could cause computers to behave erratically such as backup failure, email not working or system updates.

In the event of a major issue, an instant alert is sent to a Focus technician who will then take action to fix the threat, failure or error. Having Managed Services in place is like having your own IT manager on site but at a fraction of the price.

Focus Support Agreements

At Focus, we don’t have standard support agreements because you don’t have a standard business. We tailor each agreement to meet the unique needs of each individual businesses requirements and service levels. Services provided by us include:

  • Preventative on-site maintenance checks at a frequency suited to your IT needs
  • Proactive monitoring
  • Remote helpdesk support
  • Hardware/ software maintenance & support
  • Centralised managed services such as patch management, software deployment, antivirus monitoring and reporting.

All Focus Support Agreements are provided at a fixed monthly fee, making it a little bit easier on your IT budget.
