Configuring Focus Cloud Using Outlook 2010

Requirements: Microsoft Office 2010

1. Open Control Panel and select the 'Mail' icon.

2. Create New Profile. Click 'Add' and enter in a name for the Profile.

3. Load account information as provided by your Focus Cloud support person and click 'Next'.

4. If the following alert appears; click 'Don't ask me about this website again' and press 'Allow'.

5. If prompted, enter in your username and password, then click 'Remember my password'. Your username and password is your full email address and password as entered in during Step 3.

6. Microsoft Outlook will resolve your email account information and will automatically set up access to your account. Click 'Finish' when this process is complete.

7. Press 'OK' and close the Control Panel.

8. Open Outlook. If prompted, enter in your username and password, then click 'Remember my password'. Your username and password is your full email address and password entered in during Step 3.

9. Outlook will then open as normal.

You are now ready to use your Focus Cloud email account.
