MYOB EXO - Filter Your Stock Items Search Screen by Stock Group

Have you ever wanted to filter your stock items search screen by stock group?

​(N.B. This feature may need to be turned on in your system by enabling the user profile “Enable extended stock search filter”. Please contact us if you would like it)

To filter by stock group, check on the “Filter by Stock Group” checkbox and then choose which stock group you would like to filter by. (“Fine” = Primary Group; “Coarse” = Secondary Group)

In this example we want to search by the Primary Group “Engine”.

Select stock group (fine) and then start typing the word “Engine”. As soon as you start typing in Engine then the search screen will narrow down as displayed below.
