For those of you who attended our Lunchbox webinar one, you may remember that one of the key indicators of whether your business was in need of an ERP system was its use of spreadsheets.

Could an ERP system have avoided this? I think Yes. I think human keying errors happen, and would still have happened in an ERP system, however the visibility from an ERP system and its timely reporting would have highlighted this error a lot sooner.
