MYOB EXO - Archiving Sales and Purchase Orders

Did you know that you can archive Sales and Purchase Orders?

Archiving records removes them from your immediate search selection and helps maintain an efficient organisation of data.

N.B. Archived records are not deleted but stored in separate archive tables; they can be viewed in the future from a MYOB EXO report.

Archiving Sales Orders

• Utilities
• Sales Orders Utilities
• Archive Sales Orders

Enter search criteria and select ‘Load Orders’

Select ‘Archive Orders’ to archive all listed Sales Orders

Confirm the Archive request by selecting ‘Yes’

Archiving Purchase Orders

• Utilities
• Purchase Orders Utilities
• Archive Purchase Orders

Enter search criteria and select ‘Load Orders’

Select ‘Archive Orders’ to archive all listed Purchase Orders

Confirm the Archive request by selecting ‘Yes’
